Many people believe that by betting on red you have a 50-50 chance of winning. There are 18 red spaces on a roulette table with 38 total spaces. So by dividing the 18 by the 38 the probability of landing in a red space is about 47.37 percent. To take it a step further if you spun the wheel 38 times then the odds are that the wheel will at least hit the red 10 times.
When you figure in percentages it is believed that out of 38 spins that the wheel will only hit red at 50 percent that 18 will be red. So the break point would be an average of 19 times.

The same would apply for spinning in black. When you are betting on the Roulette Wheel you don’t have to bet on a number red or black some tables have the option for betting either black or red. Many players also like to bet multiple times. This type of betting works with a combination of red betting and the Martingale system. An example is the players begins with a bet of a $ 1 on a red and the odd square or black square with an even number will work as well. Each bet on a separate square is treated like a separate bet. When one of the best loses it is doubled and when it wins then it goes back to one.

You would think you could not last that long in a game with betting like that but the reason why it works is that there is a 25 percent chance of winning both the red and odd number and there is a 50 percent chance of breaking even of one bet wins and one looses. But in reality and longevity, the player would need a lot of money to continue playing this way. Sooner of later if you don’t walk away the player will lose or run out of money.

There is something that is called using the dozen bet. There are two versions of the system, you can use the single bet or you can use the dozen bet. The single bet version is when a player uses an aggressive betting that starts from the table minimum to the table max. The goal in doing this is to use a single dozen bet to win before the stake list ends.

The double dozen bet uses two dozen bets with half the stake list size of the single dozen bet version it gives the player more of a chance to win. There is also the 1st and 3rd column strategy bets, these bets consists of 2 pieces one on the 1st column and then 1 bet and 2 pieces on the 3rd column. By betting this way it w3ill cover both black and red bets.

How you bet is your business, no matter how you do bet do not discuss with anyone because you want to have other trying to cram your bets. There are people think you have a sure thing going and will want to copy you and if you lose they will blame you.
